For me, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is a celebration that lasts all year long.

It’s the definition of love, kindness, and humanity.
Living abroad made it harder to support WOŚP directly — there were auctions, online collections, and e‑donation

But when the opportunity finally came, and someone asked me:
“Would you…?” I didn’t wait for the explanation.
I said YES.

It was obvious to me that I wanted to be part of this initiative, this beautiful celebration of generosity.

And that’s how this reportage came to life.

WOŚP

Martyna
is the head of the Peterborough
WOŚP team.
She and her crew were the ones who brought this event to life.

A few photos taken before everything began.

This is how it looked through my lens.

When to wrap up the final details, and all that was left was to wait for the first guests, all the stress disappeared.

People began to arrive, and artists appeared both on stage and behind the scenes. One attraction followed another, all with one purpose: to help the children, to support the foundation, to show that giving matters and sharing has real power.
